The Benefits of Professional Maintenance

Service technicians are cross trained on client’s systems to ensure timely and efficient service when you need it.  You will have a regular technician, but should your regular technician be unavailable, your aquarium will be serviced by another technician who will be happy to take care of you.

Management of your system

With every service call a detailed Service Report is completed. The service report tracks: water parameters, temperature, algae growth, fish health, equipment condition, filtration servicing, additive dosing, detailed comments, list of work performed, % of water change, items delivered, items required at next service, and any special duties to be performed at next service. The client receives a copy of this report so they can stay informed. A copy is also kept by the service technician at the maintenance office. The technician refers to last service report before the next service call in order to refresh his/her memory and to be best prepared for the job.

Supervision

The service reports are read by the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager consults with the Service Technician regarding any special consideration for the care of your system. The maintenance department holds regular meetings where cross training/techniques are shared.

Supply of Products & Livestock

Service Technicians can bring out all products and livestock you need with every service call. You will not have to run to the pet store for food, carbon, fish, etc.

Multi Levels of Maintenance Services

Service Only Package
Aquarium servicing will be rendered on a per hour basis. The technician supplies the testing and maintenance equipment only.

All Inclusive Package
Aquarium servicing will be supplied as well as all consumable supplies (i.e. all chemicals, salt, testing supplies, and equipment). Freshwater accounts on this package also receive a complete scene change per month.  The inclusive package will be rendered on a per call basis.  This rate will be determined by you and the technician at the initial consultation. 

Installation & Relocation

Installation
Our install technicians will install your system for you in full.  Many of our systems require plumbing of the filtration to the main tank. We supply & install all plumbing parts to get your system up & running.
Installation services range from the hook up of the equipment to the acclimation of the livestock.
Price to be determined by consultation with the install technician.

Relocation
Xtreme Aquarium has been providing professional aquarium maintenance services to Toronto & surrounding areas since 2007.  Our service technicians are trained professionals with extensive knowledge in the field of aquatics.  Our staff have been in the aquarium industry for over 15 years. Xtreme Aquarium offers tank relocation services. We supply all equipment, manpower, transportation to relocation entire systems from one location to another.  This may be as simple as moving your tank from one floor of your home to another or moving your tank from one home to another home.

Livestock is moved quickly and with great care to minimize stress. We will come in and tear down the system, move it to the new location, and set it back up again.

Design & Consultation

Xtreme Aquarium performs on site consultations in your home,  office, or commercial settings.  We regularly work in conjunction with Interior Designers and Architects to make your water feature a reality. An aquatic display can be more than just decoration, it can help you relax and burn off stress and anxiety.
